AMRU HP Recruitment 2022: Online Recruitment Applications are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of CHO, Staff Nurse, Female Health Worker, and Laboratory Technician on Contract basis in the National Health Mission, H.P. The ORA shall be available on Atal Medical and Research University, HP website www.amruhp.ac.in  up to 02/10/2022 till 11:59 P.M. (IST), thereafter link will be disabled. The candidates applying for the post(s) should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the post applied. Their application will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the, evaluation/scrutiny it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for the concerned post will be cancelled by the University /Selection Committee

No Correspondence will be sent by post and all information will be shared on the website. The appointment against these posts will be purely on NHM contract basis (only on fixed remuneration) initially for a period of one year, which can be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Department as well as approval of the Government of India for the same.

Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal Pradesh.

The candidate should be in the age group of Minimum 18 years to Maximum 45 years as on 01.01.2022.

Selection Criteria

1. Selection for the posts on contract appointment will be made on the basis of written test. The Standard/syllabus of the written test will be determined by the University. The Written Test shall comprise of 100 MCQ questions for 100 marks. The duration of the written test shall be 90 minutes. There will be 0.25 marks negative marking for each incorrect attempt. 2. The written test will be conducted at Shimla, Mandi, Hamirpur, Dharamshala and Kangra. Number of centers may increase or decrease, depending upon the number of applicants. The center requested by the candidate may not be allotted.

3. Answer keys will be displayed on the University website after the written test on 9th October, 2022. Candidates will be allowed to send their queries regarding answer keys up to 05:00 PM on 10th October, 2022 and thereafter final answer key will be displayed on 11th October, 2022 on the University website.

4. Category wise merit list of all appeared candidates shall be displayed on the University website.

5. If the candidates having equal score in the written test, then a candidate who is senior in age will be placed above the candidate junior in age.

6. Category wise merit list of selected candidates will be submitted to the MD, National Health Mission, HP.

7. The eligibility of candidate(s) called for the evaluation will be determined on the basis of original documents produced on the day of evaluation and Department will not be responsible if any candidate is rejected at that stage or at the time of verification by the appointing authority. As such, the applications of the candidates shall be purely provisional.

8. Summoning of the candidate(s) for evaluation/selection; conveys no assurance whatsoever that they will be selected or recommended. Appointment orders to the selected candidate(s) will be issued by the appropriate appointing authority.

9. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Court jurisdiction at Shimla.

(1) Desirous/ eligible candidates should apply online through above mentioned official website of the University. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted. All original relevant documents will be verified at the time of evaluation of documents. A contractual agreement shall have to be executed with the NHM on Non-judicial Papers of Rs.10/- duly attested by the Executive Magistrate/Public Notary before joining the post.

The candidates shall have to upload following self-certified documents along with application form:-

(2) The candidate/applicant shall provide above documents in original for scrutiny on the date when he/she is required to be physically present at the venue of physically evaluation/document verification.
