The Criteria for selection shall be a merit list calculated on the following parameters:-
| 1. Percentage of Marks Obtained in Class 12″ %age divided by 2) | Subject to the maximum of 50 marks |
| 2. Percentage of Marks Obtained in Commerce/Maths/Economics for Subject to the candidates having one of the subjects in Class 12 (%age divided by 20) | maximum of 5 marks |
| 3. Percentage of marks in Graduation (%age divided by 20). Note:-Certificate for computer application course should be genuine , if certificate is found to be fake, legal action would be taken against the candidate, besides cancellation of his/her candidature | Subject to the maximum of 10 marks |
| 4. Having basic course in Computer Applications (minimum 1 year duration) Note: -Certificate for computer application course should be genuine, if certificate is found to be fake, legal action would be taken against the candidate, besides cancellation of his/her candidature | Subject to the maximum of 12 marks |
| B. Experience:- Two marks shall be awarded for every 1 year of experience Subject to the in relevant nature of duties in any Panchayati Raj Institution, maximum of 10| RDD/Watershed Projects/Government undertaking Institution or marks experience of working as computer operator in any institution Note: -For availing experience marks, candidates need to bring monthly salary slips duly attested by institute comespondmg with bank statements failing of which no marks Would be awarded. | Subject to the maximum of 10 marks |
C. In Case Applicant Belongs to SC/ST/OBC Category: 5 marks
D. In case Applicant Belongs to BPL Family: 5 marks
E. In case Applicant is a resident of Seraj Block: 5 marks
F. In case Applicant is handicapped (not less than 40%): 3 marks
Age Limit
From individuals in the age group Minimum 18 years to Maximum 45 years (relaxable as per rules of HP Government for special categories)
