Pharmacist non-teachings posts on contract basis on the enclosed prescribed format. The application will be considered valid only if it is accompanied by a Bank Draft of prescribed fee of Rs. 5607 (Rupees five hundred sixty only) for general category candidates and Rs. 140/- (Rupees one hundred and forty only) for reserved category candidates (along with self-attested copies of SC/ST/OBC certificate) in favour of the Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur payable at SBI,HPAU, Palampur. The PWD candidates of Himachal Pradesh and female candidates are exempted from paying application fee. Application complete in all respects should reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (Rectt.), CSKHPKV, Palampur, Distt. Kangra, HP-176062 latest by 30.08.2022 upto 5:00 PM for Non- Tribal areas and 15/09/2022 up to 5:00 PM for Tribal areas of HP.

Knowledge of customs, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Note: A candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the post of Technical Assistant G-ll (Field), if he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

Vety. Pharmacist Essential Qualification
(i) Should have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination from the Board recognized by the State Govt. and also should have passed the Matriculation examination with Science from the Board recognized by the State Govt. Provided that he/she should have passed the prescribed veterinary Pharmacist Training Course of 2 years duration and diploma to this effect should have been issued by the CSKHPKV, Palampur or should have passed two years duration course with equivalent syllabus prescribed by the CSKHPKV, Palampur for Vety. Pharmacist Training from a University/Institution recognized by the State/Central Govt. and also recognized by Himachal Pradesh Para Veterinary Council.
(ii) Candidates must be registered with Himachal Pradesh Para Veterinary Council.
Note: A candidate shall be eligible for appointment to the post of Veterinary Pharmacist, if he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.

Applications complete in all respects should reach the oftice of the Deputy Registrar (Recruitment), CSK HPKV, Palampur, District Kangra (H.P.)-176062 latest by 30/08/2022 up to 5.00 PM, however, for the candidates residing in Lahaul & Spiti District, Kinnaur District, Pangi & Bharmour Sub-Divisions of Chamba District and Dodra Kwar Sub-Division of Shimla District of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipt of applications is 15/09/2022 up to 5.00 PM.
General Instructions and Conditions:
1. The applications received after these dates will not be entertained. The University shall not be responsible for delay in receipt of applications due to any reasons what so ever.
2.The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned against concerned post in the advertisement to avoid rejection at later stage.
3. The candidates, who wish to apply for more than one post, should apply separately for each post and will have to pay the requisite fees for each post in the prescribed manners.
5. The candidates belonging to disabled categories with disability of 40% or more (visually impaired) of Himachal Pradesh arc allowed extra time for examination i.e. 20 minutes per hour of examination.
6. A candidate shall be eligible 1or appointment to above post(s), 1 he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
7. While submitting the Application Forms, the candidates shall not enclose any original or certified/attested copies of the certificates/ diplomas /degrees/ testimonials thereof with the Application Form. But he /she shall give details thereof in the columns provided in the Application Form. The candidate is only required to enclose along-with the Application, the Bank Drafts Bankers Cheque as prescribed vide which the fee has been remitted.
8. Candidate must fulfill requisite qualifications/conditions on the last date of receipt of applications i.e. on 30.08.2022 for candidates from Non-Tribal Areas and on 15/09/2022 for tribal areas of H.P.
9. The candidate must be citizen of India.
10. The candidates selected for appointment to the above posts on contract basis will have to execute a contract agreement with this University i.e. CSKHPKV, Palampur as per rules.
11. The selected candidate shall be paid fixed contractual emoluments per month and shall not be entitled for other allowances and service benefits as are admissible to regular employees of the University.
