(c) Accommodation: While on duty, individual will be provided field type/ tented accommodation, depending upon availability of the same. (d) Conveyance: Conveyance shall be provided as follows:-

(i) From place of recruitment to the place of duty and subsequent moves on duty.

(ii) For move of urgent cases for medical treatment.

(iii) On completion of engagement, free conveyance from place of duty to place of recruitment.

(e) Ration: Individual will be provided with free rations at the scale of combatant soldiers, when serving in operational/field/modified field areas.

(f) Leave: In addition to one day leave after six working days, individual will be entitled to three national holidays. In view of Covid-19 pandemic no outstation leave will be permitted for the period of employment.

(g) Medical Facilities: Individual will be provided with free medical treatment to the extent feasible for self only in Military and Civil Hospitals, for injuries, ailments/disease sustained by the individual while at work.

(h) Discipline: During the period of contract, the individual will be subject to Army act and Army Rules. If his performance and behavior found to be unsatisfactory, his contract will be terminated and Individual will be blacklisted for next three years.

(e) COVID-19. Candidates to carry COVID-19 Vaccination certificate.

(f) Traders like Mason, Artesian Construction, Operators, Carpenters, Electrician, Plumber, Welder, fitter and individuals with knowledge of construction work will be preferred.
