Multipurpose Workers Essential Qualification
The candidate should have a minimum qualification of middle pass and its equivalent from school duly recognized by the state Government.

Desirable Qualification
Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable.

Multipurpose Workers Mode of Selection:
Selection will be done strictly on the basis of parameters fixed by the Govt vide the Engineering-Chief Jal Shakti Department Shimla letter No. IPH-ES-IL.D.W.man power/2019-8270-8289 dated 08.05.2020.

Documents to be attached with the application form;-
- Attested’ self-attested copies of date of birth certificate, Academic Qualification Certificate and Bonafide Certificate.
- A valid certificate of BPL issued by the competent authority.
- A certificate of experience, if any issued by the competent authority.
Experience for the Post of Multipurpose workers:
Experience of the related field of Jal Shakti/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs or Outsoaring agency proving service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. A certificate issued by the EE (JSV) is required (Related field for Pump Operator is operation and maintenance of pumping machinery allied electrical installation of Rural Water Supply Scheme/l irrigation Schemes. Related Field for Para Fitter is maintaining the Village piped water supply infrastructure of distribution system of Rural Water Supply ligation Schemes.

The self-attested copies of Date of Birth Certificate, Bonafide Himachali Certificate Mark sheet of 8th (Middle) Class, Experience certificate etc. shall be attached with the applicant ion form. General instructions
(1). The candidate must apply on the prescribed form which is appended as “Annexure-B” with this advertisement and candidates are advised, to apply on this format only on A-4 size paper. Applications received in any other r format other than the Annexure-B will be rejected out rightly.
(2).The application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting with blue/black ink ball point pen.
(3).The candidate must fulfill his required essential educational and other qualifications on the last date fixed for the submission/receipt of application forms.
(4).Incomplete application forms e.g. declaration not signed, without photo and enclosures not attached and columns not filled in or applications received after due date shall summarily be rejected without assigning any reason.
(5).Candidates should also attach one-self-addressed envelope of 9 x4″ size along with Rs. 6/-(Rs. Six) postage stamp pasted on it with the application form.
(6).The original certificates/Testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation.
(7).The selected incumbent will be paid honorarium at the rate of Rs. 3900/- per month for multipurpose workers.
(8).The working hours of the incumbent shall be 6 hours per day.
