HP Waqf Board Recruitment 2022 Applications are invited from interested candidates for filling up the following posts Accountant, Manager, Rate Collector, JOA IT, Clerk, Peon on contractual basis in Himachal Pradesh Waqt Board tor a period of 4 years and thereafter their services may be considered by Himachal Pradesh Waqf Board on the basis of their performance, work and conduct, applicable in 2022, will be regularized in the pay scale.

HP Waqf Board Accountant, Manager, Rate Collector, JOA IT, Clerk, Peon Vacancy 2022

(1). Name of the Post:-Accountant

No. of Posts:-01 (One)

Accountant Minimum Qualification:-

Graduate in Commerce and Experience in Accounts and Tally

Pay Scale: 14,500/- (B P-10300/- + GP-Rs. 4200)

(2). Name of the Post:- I.T. Manager

No. of Posts:-01 (One)

I.T. Manager Minimum Qualification:-

B.Sc (1T)/ B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/8.Tech. (Computer Science)

Pay Scale:

14500/- (BP-10300/ +GP-Rs. 4200)

(3). Name of the Post:- Rate Collector

No. of Posts:-05 (Five)

Rate Collector Minimum Qualification:-

Graduate in any discipline

Pay Scale:

13,900/-10,300/- +GP-Rs. 3600)

(4). Name of the Post:- Clerk/Junior Office Assistant (IT)

No. of Posts:-02 (Two)

Clerk/Junior Office Assistant (IT) Qualification: –

10+2 pass and computer typing speed 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi

Pay Scale:

13,900/-10,300/- + GP-Rs. 3600

(5). Name of the Post:- Peon

No. of Posts:-02 (Two)

Minimum Qualification:-

Matriculation Passed

Pay Scale:

6500/- (BP-4900/- +GP-Rs. 1650)

Age Limit-

Minimum Age 18 Years and Maximum 45 Years

Application Fee

Application fee will be 500/-. Demand draft can be drawn in the name of Chief Executive Officer Himachal Pradesh Waqf Board Shimla.

Selection Process

Selection Process Based on Merit in Educational Qualification (weightage 70%), Socio Economic Backwardness (weightage 10%), and Personal Test (weightage 209%) Basis of evaluation of applicant during Personal test

(1) Aptitude and attitude towards work

(i) ) Social consciousness and sensitivity to social issues

(ii) Linguistic aptitude and communication skills

(iv) Knowledge of the concerned institution, Acts and Rules relating to minority affairs

(v) Ethics, integrity and moral values.

How to ApplyHP Waqf Board Accountant, Manager, Rate Collector, JOA IT, Clerk, Peon

Candidates applying for Clerk/JOA () will have to clear the Typing Test. Selected candidates will have to produce their fitness certificate from Govt./Registered Medical Practitioner. In case the work/conduct is not found satisfactory. The appointment can be terminated. The appointee will be entitled to an annual increase in the contractual amount at the rate of minimum 3% of the prevailing contractual amount and no other benefit will be given. The appointee shall be entitled for one day casual leave after completing one month’s service. Unused leave will not be carried forward to the next calendar year. Unauthorized absence from duty without the approval of the controlling officer will automatically lead to termination of the contract. However in exceptional cases where on medical grounds. Circumstances of unauthorized absence form duty were beyond his control, such period would not be excluded while considering his case for regularization, but the incumbent would have to inform the controlling authority in this regard in time. However, the contract appointee will not be entitled to contractual amount tor this period of absence from duty.

The appointee who has completed the tenure of three years at the place of appointment shall be eligible for transfer on need basis on administrative grounds. If the appointee is required to go on tour in connection with his official duties, he will be entitled to TA/DA at the rate applicable to regular equivalent officers in the minimum scale of pay. The appointee will have to submit his consent with respect to the above terms and conditions in the form of an affidavit.

Applications received after the due date or found incomplete will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason. For delay in receipt of applications due to any reason.
