Draughtsman, Junior Draughtsman, Junior Engineer Salary
1. The pay of the persons covered by CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions of HP State Civil Services (Fixation of pay of re-employed pensioners) Order, 1988 circulated vide FD OM No. Fin ©B (7)10/84 dated 1st December, 1988, OM No. Fin-CB(7)-10/98 dated 8th September, 1999 and read with OM No.Fin ©B(7)13/2009 dated 19th April, 2010 or as amended from time to time.
2. The pay of the persons covered under New Pension Scheme before retirement will be fixed on engagement as last pay drawn i.e. pay in the pay band plus grade pay being drawn at the time of retirement. Dearness allowance will not be admissible.
Draughtsman, Junior Draughtsman, Junior Engineer Age Limit
Candidate should not be more than 65 years of age as on date of notice.
Tenure
The tenure of appointment shall be for a period of one year and will be effective from the date of issue of the orders of engagement. However, the aforesaid tenure shall come to an end in the event of direct recruitment, whatever occurs earlier.
Provided that the Board can terminate this appointment even before the expiry of the above period, in case the conduct and performance of the incumbent is not found satisfactory or if the Board decides to fill up the post, in question, by appointment as per R&P Rules, as the case may be.
TA/DA:
He/She shall be entitled to TA/DA as was admissible to him/her before engagement.
Leave
The provision of CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972 shall not be applicable to the engaged person and he/she will also not be entitled to LTC/HTLTC facility. However, he /she will be entitled to one casual leave for each completed month.
Medical facilities:
He/She shall be entitled to avail medical facilities and grant of reimbursement of medical expenses as admissible under the relevant rules/instructions of the state Govt.
Residential Accommodation
No residential accommodation will be provided by the Board. However he will be entitled to receive House Rent Allowance as per State Govt. rules and instructions in this regard.
Gratuity
He/she shall not be eligible for Gratuity for the period of said engagement.
Other facilities
He/She shall be entitled to the allowances as were admissible before his engagement or as admissible for the post against which he has been engaged. There will be no enhancement in salary on engagement in this organization.

The place of posting will remain at places as shown above. However, on need basis services can be utilized any where in HP.
Income Tax/other tax
Tax is liable to be deducted as per the prevailing rules at source before effecting the payment.
