Junior Office Assistant (IT) Qualification

Essential qualification

(i). 10+2 from recognized school education board university

OR

10th class from recognized School Education Board/University with one/two year Diploma Certificate from Industrially Trained Institute ITI in Information Technology IT and Information Technology Enabled Sectors ITES Director General Employment and Training as notified by Government of India from time to time or All India Council for Technical Education Three years Diploma in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT from Polytechnic as approved by AICTE.

(ii). 30 w.p.m. Computer typing speed of 25 w.p.m. in English, 25 w.p.m. in Hindi, provided that the visually handicapped person is selected for recruitment under 1% quota of the handicapped person, having obtained Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application Information Technology and passing the typing test. Instead, they will be given computer training course by HP through Composite Regional Center CRC Sundernagar or National Institute for Visually Handicapped (NIBH) Dehradun Composite Training Center CTC Ludhiana along with getting education up to the required level. If a person is not able to pass, his service will be terminated, although the person already in service will be given a sufficient amount of chances to complete the above training, provided that the differently abled person is disabled who has been selected by the Medical Board for typing. Exemption from passing typing text otherwise eligible to hold Critical Path as certified to be eligible for The term Defectively Singled Person does not include visually impaired persons or persons with impaired hearing, but only those persons who are physically unable to type. Above criteria for allowing exemption from passing the typing test on computer. Will also apply for skill training rules.

(i). B.Com Note M.Com Qualification Candidate Must have Passed B.Com at Graduation Level from Recognized University

(ii). Training and proficiency in use of accounting software like Tally/SAP/ERP.

Steno Typist Qualification

(i). 10+2 Passed examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University.

(ii). The following speed should be in shorthand and typing type writing at the time of initial appointment in both the languages i.e. English and Hindi Speed in shorthand Type writing speed English 60 words per minute (w.p.m) English 25 w.p.m Hindi short Hindi 25 w.p.m.

(iii). Should have the knowledge of word processing in computer as prescribed by the recruiting authority. Knowledge of customs manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
