Junior Accountant Educational Qualification
(i) Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institution
(ii) Should have basic knowledge of Computer operation with at least one year Computer Training Certificate in tally system from a recognized/reputed institution.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit will be 63 years as on 0101.2023.
Duration
The hinng of services of retired employee shall be initially for a period of Six months extendable up to 2 years depending on the requirement of the Board and performance or the candidate or t the vacancies are filled up through recuing agency whichever is earlier.
Fixed emoluments for hiring of services.
(1) Data Entry Operator and Clerk Rs. 20,200- per month (fixed).
(2) Jr. Accountant Rs. 28,900/- per month (fixed)
The hired retired employee shall not be entitled for any type of allowances i.e. DA, HRA, Residential Accommodation and Medical Reimbursement.
TA & DA for interview
No TA/DA shall be paid for interview.
Term & Conditions
Working Hours: Normal office working hours as prescribed in office manual. However, as per exigency one has to sit late to complete the time bound work. Attend an ce would be made through Biometric Attendance System.
Leave: Hired retired employee shall be eligible for casual leave at the rate of 1 day for each completed month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year will not be allowed. No remuneration for the period of absence excess of the admissible leave will be paid
Termination– The engagement would be purely on temporary basis and can be terminated by the Board at any time without assigning any reason thereof by giving one month notice. However, in case a appointee wishes to resign, he/ she will have to give one month advance notice or remuneration in lieu thereof before resigning from the engagement.
